2. Services Provided
Waavu Studio provides high-performance website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital project planning. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and digital assets created by Waavu Studio remain the property of Waavu Studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the specific project deliverables is transferred to the client, while we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
4. User Responsibilities
When working with us or using our site, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or breach the security of our platforms.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Waavu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Payment Terms
Projects typically require an upfront deposit before commencement. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the transfer of ownership or launch. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional fees as detailed in your specific service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms or fails to meet project obligations. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maldives.
